Now, I want to put that knowledge and experience to work for you. My goal is simple: help you avoid the headaches I went through, and instead watch your property thrive.
I’m also deeply passionate about the guest experience. After enduring my share of disappointing stays in both Airbnb's and hotels, I know exactly what frustrates guests—and how to prevent it. I use those lessons to anticipate needs and resolve issues before they ever become complaints. The reviews on my own property speak for themselves; I’ve never had to worry about removing negative feedback because I focus on exceeding expectations and staying one step ahead.
My background includes long-term property management, general administration, senior living, and more. I hold a bachelor’s degree in business and bring nearly four years of hands-on hosting experience. I manage every aspect of our property—from bookkeeping and tax compliance to licensing, insurance, and guest communication—all from out of state, with the support of a dedicated team in Moab.
